On a forgotten shore, hidden between sky and sea, where the land gently opens to the ocean, Azyar Lagoon House has settled with grace on the preserved lagoon of Sidi Moussa.
Located on Morocco’s Atlantic coast, about forty kilometers south of El Jadida, this region of striking natural beauty deserves to be discovered for its authenticity, unspoiled landscapes, and timeless atmosphere.
Here, birds reign supreme. Slender flamingos, graceful waders, wild ducks, elegant egrets… In the heart of this ornithological reserve where nature rules in majesty and silence hushes the city’s noise, travel takes on a different rhythm.
Nestled within a garden of majestic palm trees, araucarias, and eucalyptus, Azyar Lagoon House lays down its pure lines and noble materials like a quiet tribute to this wild beauty.
The atmosphere of this beautiful house, elegantly and authentically restored, is warm and welcoming, composed of natural materials, soft light, and carefully chosen details.

Our Rooms

Spread over two levels, the nine rooms and four suites, each named after a charming bird, are designed as cozy cocoons, offering elegant and inviting comfort. Most of them open onto terraces with breathtaking views of the lagoon’s spectacular landscape, which you can admire from the comfort of your hammock.
Each suite features a fireplace that crackles to life in the evening, creating a warm and soothing atmosphere.
The carefully curated furniture, sourced with taste, tells stories from near and far, enhancing the sense of travel.
Natural tones like sand, linen, stone blend harmoniously with subtle touches of color that echo the surrounding environment: azure blue, lush green, terracotta…

Each space invites rest, contemplation, and that discreet form of luxury that encourages taking the time to savor the present moment. As for activities on site? Swimming, sunbathing, stand-up paddleboarding, or kayaking on the lagoon. It’s also an opportunity to discover the region’s well-kept treasures. Birdwatching and photography enthusiasts will find an exceptional observation ground in this true sanctuary for migratory birds.

And beyond, set off to explore… The Sidi Moussa coastline is lined with nearly deserted beaches, golden dunes, gentle cliffs, and peaceful lagoons.
Nature lovers will find the perfect spots to recharge, far from mass tourism.

The region also offers a rich variety of landscapes: eucalyptus forests, cultivated fields and market gardens, and charming walking trails. Just a few kilometers away, the fortified city of El Jadida — formerly Mazagan — offers a journey through Morocco’s history. A UNESCO World Heritage site, it is home to the famous Portuguese cistern, impressive ramparts, a lively and charming old town, a picturesque port, and two golf courses: the Royal Golf El Jadida and the Mazagan Golf Club.

“The lagoon is a world apart, where boundaries vanish, where water blends with the sky.”
